What will be the next U.S. President’s policy towards Nigeria? That was one of the topics discussed during a three-day symposium organized by the United States Institute of Peace, an agency established and funded by the U.S. Government headquartered in Washington, D.C.

A key topic in the symposium was “Rehabilitation, Reconciliation, Reconstruction, and the Humanitarian situation” with the main objective of “identifying mid- to long-term opportunities for rehabilitation, reconstruction, and reconciliation, and actionable options to address the growing humanitarian concerns.”
